Cagedjock experienced chastity like his gayness: as a journey of self-discovery, which he first found on the internet.
But at 29-years-old, he had plenty of sexual experiences under his belt. It was 2015, and the Onlyfans creator said he was browsing the various definitions for pleasure, several of which he already enjoyed.
“I’ve always been a very sexually open person from a young age,” Cagedjock says, “I had already experimented with fisting and BDSM, so I was looking for what else was out there.”
Then, Cagedjock saw visuals that captivated him. “I thought, oh, this is an interesting one,” he says, “I’ve never seen this before. I wonder what it’s like.”
He saw a man wearing a chastity cage, an apparatus used to lock the penis. Most chastity cages consist of a ring seated around the base of the penis behind the scrotum and a tube or cage that holds it. They prevent you from getting full erections or using your penis for sex or masturbation.
“You can wear it, and you can hold someone’s key at the same time. Yeah, it has no limitations,” adds Cagedjock, about how the practice can break beyond traditional sub and dom roles. “There’s a lot of sexual dynamics and hierarchy in the fetish community.”
Orgasms can only be achieved if your “keyholder” allows it. There’s a power exchange that turns people on, the roles of dom and sub taken to another realm where pleasure is wielded and intertwined with control. Definitely not for the faint of kink, but Cagedjock didn’t know any of this yet.
“I purchased my own to see what it’s like, and I just kind of fell in love with it,” says Cagedjock. ”The moment you put it on, it molded your body. It molded your mindset and subconsciousness. This sensational feeling is very indescribable unless you’re in it.”
Cagedjock found love at first sight, but his fascination was far from reaching its limit.
Wearing a chastity cage requires a foundation of trust with your partner, at least if you’re not planning on keeping a spare key.
“It requires a lot of guidance, a lot of patience,” says Cagedjock, “It creates a stronger bond between two people. The bottom becomes very dependent on the top to f**k him and to find pleasure from his hole. His cock no longer exists.”
At least until the top decides otherwise. Denying yourself of ejaculating is just as part of the process, if not more, than the actual release.
Journaling is one way to cope with self-discovery, but Cagedjock decided to keep his diary on Tumblr, photography included. He didn’t expect his entries to resonate with many like-minded individuals. There wasn’t a term for it then, but his chastity indulgence went viral.
“’I’m really glad that it sort of became like a kink phenomenon, a new frontier for a lot of people,” says Cagedjock.
At the time, he worked in menswear design, facing grueling corporate hours in a thankless industry. “My partner told me, ‘You should just quit your job and do porn because I think that it’s going to bring you more happiness.’”
Cagedjock didn’t need to be begged to satisfy his desires, so he did just that: quit his job and did porn. Luckily, he found success with his newfound happiness. Of course, it didn’t happen overnight, and the Onlyfans creator says it wouldn’t have been possible if his partner hadn’t offered to pay the rent, insurance, and bills. Cagedjock helped with the groceries.
“I was extremely thankful, but I also had the vision to create experiences,” says Cagedjock, “So I worked hard, I saved a lot to make it come to life.”
During the pandemic, Cagedjock finally created a safe space for whoever wanted to experiment or just have a kinky good time. Home rates were low, and prices were much less competitive, so he purchased a duplex in Bushwick with his partner.
He turned the bottom floor into a bookable state-of-the-art dungeon for sexual fantasies. Imagine if Onlyfans and Airbnb had a baby. It’s even equipped for filming.
Unfortunately, despite booming business, the love story wasn’t happily ever after, at least not romantically. Cagedjock and his boyfriend broke up in 2022 but remained working together. Cagedjock says they’re very amicable.
Nowadays, he’s not only a leading kinky face in the porn industry but a mentor-like persona for others in his personal life. He says he has a lot of boys who contact him asking to hold their keys and help guide them through the experience.
“Like a big brother type, it’s really fun,” says Cagedjock.
