Just in time for January’s Gay Ski Week in Aspen, Chef Eyal Shani of the renowned HaSalon is partnering with W Aspen to bring his signature Mediterranean menu to life through an exclusive dining pop-up.
Using pure ingredients of exceptional quality, sourced locally wherever possible, the dynamic and energetic dining experience reflects the spirit and flavors of its Tel Aviv origins, as well as the vibrancy of the destination.
HaSalon will be open daily from Aprés Ski onwards, offering two different dinner experiences. Before 8pm guests can indulge in avant-garde dishes in a more intimate, music-filled setting. Then, afterwards, the space will transform into a lively atmosphere for a dining experience unlike anywhere else in Aspen, filled with dancing, electrifying energy, and exceptional cuisine.
