Exclusive: Lifestyle beverage brand, Gay Water, launches first original content with newsletter “The Watering Hole”

NEW YORK, September 23, 2024 – With the changing of seasons, it’s time to fall in love with a new weekly email newsletter. Penned by Gen Z content creator Steven Morea, The Watering Hole will be a weekly cultural digest for all things gay culture. With sections like “Gay Joy” highlighting human interest, feel-good, lovey-dovey content, to “C*nt of the Week” chronicling weekly gay internet ‘villains’, the newsletter will be the digital version of your local gay watering hole. 

The newsletter is the first touchpoint at Gay Water toward building a media vertical focused on creating premium original content including newsletters, podcasts, talent and live events. 

According to Spencer Hoddeson, Gay Water Founder & CEO, “there is a clear correlation between successful beverage companies and content/media companies. Look at High Noon & Barstool Sports, Nectar Seltzer & Under The Influence Show, and Happy Dad & The Nelk Boys to name a few.”
